Dr. David Fletcher is a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) with an extensive background in evaluating and recommending the necessary treatment for drivers who violate FMCSA/FTA substance abuse regulations in order to return back to performing safety sensitive tasks. As a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO), Dr. Fletcher has the experience and knowledge to interpret drug and alcohol substance test results and how these results may impact fitness-for-duty.

Dr. David Fletcher is a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) with extensive background in evaluating and recommending the necessary treatment program to determine when a driver who has violated FMCSA drug and alcohol regulations may return back to safety sensitive tasks. He has been a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) for 30 years and Dr. Fletcher can analyze complicated substance abuse issues and has experience explaining his expert opinions at trial for the jurors and judge.
